Brittany Building Plot Search Service

1. Get in touch with us by e-mail, telephone or letter, and ask us to send you a preliminary booking form for your visit to Brittany.

2. On receiving our booking form, select at least 3 dates for your visit in order of preference (N.B All visits take place from Tuesday to Friday).

3. Fill in the booking form we send you, specifying your preferences as to the kind of building plot you’re looking for.

4. On receipt of your completed booking form, we will confirm a mutually convenient date for your visit to Brittany.

6. If at any point you wish to proceed with a purchase of a plot, we will arrange the preliminary accompanied visit to the solicitor handling the sale.

7. On the Friday morning you return to the UK.

- Chauffered visits to plots over 2 days

- Accompanied visit to notaire if requested

- Accompanied visit to house-building company if requested

* Non-refundable deposit of £50 payable on booking, the remainder on arrival

We will chauffeur you to view plots in line with your stated preferences as well as visiting the nearest towns or villages to the plots concerned in order to give you a flavour of the area.

Thursday morning

We will take you to view more plots.

Thursday afternoon

Thursday afternoon – We can take you if requested, to see a show-house built by one of Brittany’s leading home-builders, to give you an idea of what type of new builds are available for the sites you have visited, and at what price.(A detached house on your chosen site can cost as little as 72,000 €) The advantage of using a major building company to build your house for you, is that they will do everything for you “in-house” i.e. architect’s design in line with your personal preferences, as well as submitting planning permission etc, and that their buying power means that their prices are kept low.
